In this role, the Controller will own the core accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial activities. This leader will play a critical role in enhancing financial infrastructure, modernizing systems, and implementing scalable processes that support sustained growth. The position requires a blend of technical accounting expertise, operational curiosity, and an ability to partner cross‑functionally to drive informed business decisions.
Controller Responsibilities:
• Lead the month-end close process and prepare financial reporting
• Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, treasury, and liquidity
• Oversee Accounts Payable and billing functions while maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships
• Lead, mentor, and develop a four-person AP/AR team
• Manage sales and use tax compliance and filings
Controller Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Exposure to private equity environments
